Calculating the hull speed
WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW THE MAXIMUM HULL SPEED OF YOUR VESSEL?
Make your request including a few pieces of information (length of waterline and weight when fully laden) and our program will calculate the following:
-The maximum hull speed,
-the KW(CV) that you will need to reach said speed,
-the ships consumption at said speed, and
-the appropriate propeller.
All these calculations are made in reference to:
-Displacement hulls (sailing yachts),
-Semi-displacement hulls.
For planing hulls, we can give you the obtained speed depending on the horsepower.
